ACOS Charity Drag Event
The Colosseum | Providence, RI
King of Queens is an annual charity event held by Aids Care Ocean State that takes prominent figures in Rhode Island, pairs them with a drag queen and then has that person perform in a drag show. I was lucky enough to be paired with Jacqueline Dimera as my fabulous queen. My drag name was Violet Mae Dewitt and I performed, “One of the Boys” from 9 to 5 The Musical.
Huge shout outs to Mama Marr for designing my costume and to Gabriel Paul Garcia and my good friend Olivia M. Sahlin for being my supporting dancers.
The event raised over $25,000 for the charity.
